Get in a good workout every day. Sweating helps to remove toxins from your body that can lead to cancer. Make sure that you make time to workout on a regular basis. The more that you exercise, the better. Very few people that maintain an extremely active lifestyle are impacted by cancer. Be one of the lucky ones, and at the same time, you will improve your overall health.

Avoid consuming alcohol and tobacco. These two drugs have been proven to cause cancer in many of its users. Be picky about where you live. Urban areas are much more polluted than rural areas, and with that pollution comes an increase in irritation to your body.
